How sad. We were the second group to visit Clear Water on August 19.
I checked on it just 2 weeks ago when I was back in NC. A scout troop
had just visited and left it poorly covered (I can understand their
rush...the skeeters were terrible!). I put the log back in the
ziplock and covered it well. Sorry that didn't help. :(
